Committees
FALL consists of 5 different committees, each led by a chair. Every member is placed into their committees based on their preferences. These committees allow members to interact with members and staff in smaller groups and help FALL facilitate events throughout the year.
CONNECTIONS
The connections committee will put on events that provide members with networking opportunities and the ability to interact with others within the college. They will run programs such as AGLS Open House and faculty lunches to achieve these goals.
The Leadership Committee is tasked with developing curriculum for meetings where membership develop and refine their skills. Over the year, they assist members in creating a vision for their leadership. The main things they focus on is planning meetings, as well as other leadership activities.​

MEMBERSHIP
The Membership Committee is in charge of planning events to initiate the growth of members of our organization professionally, including expanding the student's Aggie Network and teaching skills that will translate into post-graduation endeavors. Over the year, they will be evaluating how to engage members in our organization, and creating a professional starter kit for all members
The Outreach Committee focuses on the industries our college is dedicated to learning about. The committee will be in charge of finding ways to connect the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences to different student bodies across campus. We will accomplish this by reaching out to fellow students and community members on their views of agriculture as well as advocating for positive advances in the studies of those in the agriculture and life science industries.

SOCIAL
The Social Committee focuses on building relationships amongst members. They are what make our organization feel like a family and organize events that encourage members to get to know each other and further develop skills. This year they will focus on creating smaller events for members, hosting study hours, and much more.
